Welcome to Sutter Terrace, a community within a community. Sutter Terrace provides active seniors the choice of rental living surrounded by the widely acclaimed Del Webb’s Sun City Roseville. Sutter Terrace is only a short ride from the conveniences of Sacramento. With an even shorter ride of about 5 minutes you can drive to downtown Roseville, the Galleria Mall, the Fountains, and the outside mall across from the Galleria, a Walmart Super Store, Target, Kohl’s and any grocery store you desire. Sutter Terrace offers a sense of peaceful serenity in a pastoral setting. In the center of the Sutter Terrace Complex is a beautiful grassy, garden area which surrounds the swimming pool.
Sutter Terrace provides our residents a place to gather together like family. Our residents are welcome to gather and socialize in our extra large community clubhouse. In the clubhouse you will find a kitchen, a large dining area, a library, and a game room which includes a pool table. If our library does not have what you like there is a public library about 2 miles away. Our senior nutritional meal plan allows residents to gather each day for lunch, drinks and company. Weekly resident events are planned, such as, bingo twice a month on Saturday afternoons and exercise class three times a week to bring everyone together for fun and games. Monthly activities include a potluck dinner on the last Friday of the month and a monthly birthday celebration on the third Wednesday of the month. Need to get your hair done? Sutter Terrace offers a full service beauty salon in our clubhouse!

Bordered by Sun City's 1,200 acres of parks, walking trails and landscaped neighborhoods, Sutter Terrace residents will enjoy private recreational facilities including a community clubhouse, lush gardens and swimming pool.

The surrounding area offers 27 holes of great golf options. The Del Webb community includes two golf courses for your enjoyment.

The 18-hole Timber Creek and nine-hole Sierra Pines courses combine for 27 holes of options and value rarely available outside of membership-only facilities. Golfers typically consider these courses as one of the best values in the entire Sacramento area.

Timber Creek

Timber Creek is an eighteen-hole Billy Casper/Greg Nash designed course divided into two nines, each with distinct personalities over 6,510 yards. On the front nine, water comes into play on six holes. The back nine winds through many of the development's 150-200 year-old heritage oak trees.

Sierra Pines

The popularity of Sierra Pines is due to its multiple tees which make it a different course every time you play. From the executive tees, it plays only 2,005 yards and is par-31.

If you want to work on your game a little while the traffic thins out, there's not a better place than our 30-station, three-tiered grass practice range. Or you may prefer spending an hour at the short-game area with its undulating green and practice bunker.

The Timbers at the Lodge Restaurant can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner or take-out! And the Sierra Pines Snack Bar & Deli is the perfect place for your group gathering. We'll even cater your group cookout.

All in all, Timber Creek and Sierra Pines offer by far your best golf experience in the area. You don't have to be a member or a resident of Sun City Roseville to enjoy Timber Creek and Sierra Pines.

Offering a full schedule of musicals, mysteries, comedies, children's theatre, youth musical workshops and concerts in the historic Roseville Theatre (241 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA).

Carnegie Museum
Operated by the Roseville Historical Society, the museum showcases Roseville's rich history and provides walking tours of the historic downtown area, 557 North Lincoln Street, Roseville, CA.
