Welcome to Sutter Terrace, a community within a community. Sutter Terrace provides active seniors the choice of rental living surrounded by the widely acclaimed Del Webb’s Sun City Roseville. Sutter Terrace is only a short ride from the conveniences of Sacramento. With an even shorter ride of about 5 minutes you can drive to downtown Roseville, the Galleria Mall, the Fountains, a Walmart Super Store, and most any grocery store you desire. Sutter Terrace offers a sense of peaceful serenity in a pastoral setting. In the center of the Sutter Terrace Complex is a beautiful grassy, garden area which surrounds the swimming pool. Sutter Terrace provides our residents a place to gather together like family. Our residents are welcome to gather and socialize in our extra large community clubhouse. In the clubhouse you will find a kitchen, a large dining area, a library, and a game room which includes a pool table. If our library does not have what you like there is a public library about 2 miles away. Our senior nutritional meal plan allows residents to gather each day for lunch, drinks and company. Weekly resident events are planned, such as, bingo twice a month on Saturday afternoons and exercise class three times a week to bring everyone together for fun and games. Monthly activities include a potluck dinner on the last Friday of the month and a monthly birthday celebration on the third Wednesday of the month. Sutter Terrace residents will enjoy private recreational facilities including a community clubhouse, lush gardens and swimming pool.
